Welcome to the Altriva Team Blog.

Now that we have wrapped up writing our CRM book (Success with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: Implementing Customer Relationship Management) it is time to move on to publishing some additional content through our website.

Since the book is now complete we needed a place to continue to share our insights and experience for planning, designing, and deploying successful CRM and portal solutions. We hope you find this section of our website helpful to your current and future projects.

In the first few weeks we will discuss how to successfully implement custom extensions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for your organization. We will be looking at how to approach custom extensions to make them the most successful for your organization in your implementation effort of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

"Thanks guys this has solved a major hurdle for us. I may be missing something obvious here but is it possible to modify the workflow, so that "Sync User" can be selected as we have a situtation where the PA would like to set the 'Sync User' for multiple contacts as their manager." Read more

"Thanks! I encountered this same error, so this was helpful. It would be nice to know what attributes are causing the problem. I heard that some rollups actually changed the size of some attributes. I'm not sure how that would be related to CRM Online or if it could be impacted by the date the organization started using CRM." Read more
