Quick Start for CRM Online

Startup Assistance Services

Altriva's Startup Assistance services provide customers who are interested in self-implementation with purchasing and setup assistance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Clients who select this option frequently use Altriva Consulting during the implementation as an advisor on an ad hoc hourly basis.

Gold Package

The Gold Package includes implementation assistance for the major CRM functional areas, data import, extended customization, training for multiple end-user sessions, and an administrator training session. This package is recommended for organizations implementing Dynamics CRM Online with up to 25 end users.

Silver Package

The Silver Package includes implementation assistance for the major CRM functional areas, data import, some extended customization, and training for up to two groups of end-users and an administrator. This package is recommended for organizations implementing Dynamics CRM Online with up to 15 end users.

Bronze Package

The Bronze Package includes implementation assistance for the CRM contact management functions with an end user training session. Ideal for organizations with 5-10 end users focused on centralizing customer and prospect information with Dynamics CRM Online.
